Job Title: Custodian (Full Time)

Location: 2400 S Finley Road, Lombard, IL 60148
Pay Range: $15.61 – $21.45+ hourly

Responsibilities- Execute daily cleaning tasks according to the department schedule and established procedures.
- Remove hazardous or infectious waste following approved infection control protocols.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
- Clean floors, common walkways, and other community areas.
- Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to protect floors and fixtures.
- Administer cleaning products, perform spot cleaning, and disinfect as needed.
- Report structural or equipment concerns, defects, or malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to emergency housekeeping incidents.
- No educational requirement.
- No prior experience required. A willingness to learn is essential.
