Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documents.
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform basic facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate and support outside contractors as needed.
• Complete maintenance documentation, PM tasks, and purchase requests.
• Assist with plant cleaning, safety audits, inspections, and security efforts.
• Operate floor scrubbers and maintain organized work areas.
• Follow OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
