Production Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your leadership makes a direct impact.
Responsibilities- Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor staffing levels and maintain client within authorized levels
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards
- Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
- Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- In this role, you will earn a competitive annual base salary based on your experience and qualifications.

- You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
- If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.
- You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
- Bachelor's (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.
- At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
- You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
- Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
- Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
