Responsibilities:
Assemble hydraulic power units including motors, pumps, valves, manifolds, reservoirs, fittings, and hoses
Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams
Perform basic electrical wiring of motors, switches, and control components
Verify assemblies meet quality standards before testing and installation
Troubleshoot basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, electro-mechanical assembly, or similar manufacturing environments
Ability to read and understand blueprints, assembly drawings, and/or electrical schematics
Experience using hand and power tools
Basic electrical knowledge including wiring motors, switches, relays, or controls
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to build industrial equipment
Preferred Experience:
Electrical panel buildingPLCs, VFDs, relays, terminal blocks, or control panels
Hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, manifolds, and reservoirs
Custom machinery or engineered-to-order equipment
Schedule:
1st
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Overtime is available and may include occasional early start times or Saturday hours depending on production needs.
