PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Production Associate/Worker to support manufacturing operations. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting, this is your opportunity to build a career in industrial production.

As a Production Associate/Worker , you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, assembling units, and performing general warehouse duties. You’ll ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Assemble units using hand and power tools according to specifications

• Perform general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and material handling

• Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality

• Maintain equipment and clean production areas

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Pay Rate: $22.18
• Schedule:
  1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
• Work in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth

Pay Details: $22.18 per hour
