About the mission

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Manufacturing facility in Lombard, IL (60148).

We are now hiring Manufacturing Associates for MIG Welders who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

This position involves performing MIG welding on a variety of metal components, primarily supporting the manufacturing of commercial roofing-related products.

MIG Welder

Job Summary
•$20-$22

• 2nd Shift 4:00PM-12:30AM

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components based on blueprints and specifications

• Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

• Conduct quality inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet safety and company standards

• Operate standard chop saws and other cutting tools safely (safety training provided)

Job Title Qualifications

• Must have welding experience

• Must pass drug screen and background check

• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Familiarity with chop saws, grinders, and other shop tools
