Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that promote the company’s products, services, and brand. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic campaigns and data-driven decision making. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, and traditional channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company and commercial priorities.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Identify target audiences and optimize tactics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead product launches and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and website content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all channels and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality content and marketing materials.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and cross-functional resources to deliver initiatives efficiently.

• Support cross-functional initiatives with sales, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment on business priorities.
• Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing internal best practices, processes, and documentation for marketing operations.
• Represent marketing in internal meetings and contribute to broader business planning and strategic discussions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in media planning and development, social media strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and digital content development (corporate or agency side)
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects, agencies, and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
• Experience working in consumer goods (CPG) or a major consumer brand environment preferred.
• Self-starter with strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability

• Normal office duties.
• Up to 20% travel domestically
