Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC, a 4-star patient satisfaction organization that has been proudly serving the community since 2010, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lombard, IL. This on-site position is essential in overseeing the quality of care provided by our field staff, ensuring coordination with physicians and clinicians to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Care Oversight: Monitor and oversee the care provided by field staff to ensure compliance with care plans and safety protocols.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to advocate for the patient’s needs and preferences.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including assessments, care plans, and follow-up documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all care provided meets state and federal regulations as well as company policies.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience using Well Sky (Kinnser) EMR for home health is preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
