We are looking for a Part Time PM Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Lombard by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs.

• Managing unit operations and staff supervision

• Guiding clinical staff and providing education

• Instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture

• Maintaining infection prevention practices

• Ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

• CPR Certification

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit (preferred)

• Five (5) years of RN experience (preferred)
