Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice in Lombard, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Our Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. The role supports patients in Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas. Eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.

Qualifications
  • RN license in the state you work
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • Ability to self-manage time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
  • Proficiency in speaking Russian or Spanish is a plus
