As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care expected at Bella Terra Lombard by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, helping to instill a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will support residents in receiving an unparalleled standard of care.

• As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license;
• C.P.R. Certification;
• Five (5) years of RN experience;
• Infection Prevention experience;
• Prior experience managing a nursing department.
