Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, labs, IV infusion, etc. EPIC EMR charting, Sapphire IVs. Any solid color scrub acceptable. Traveler must have own transportation to/from all patient visits.
Candidate MUST HAVE: - 1 year Home Health RN experience - active BLS (AHA) and state RN license (IL) - wound care experience (wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care) - able to do Peripheral blood draws, central line care, IV admin through elastomeric, IV pumps, etc.
- Excellent assessment skills - Experience with computer documentation
