Bella Terra Lombard is searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing. Our rapidly growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with supervisory and Infection Prevention experience for a leadership role.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Bella Terra Lombard by overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Qualifications- Associate’s Degree in Science, Nursing, or related field and a licensed Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in the State of Illinois.
- C.P.R. certification.
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience.
- Infection Prevention experience.
- Prior experience managing a nursing department.
