• Deliver direct patient care in a Level 2E NICU setting
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and team members
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Participate in patient care planning and evaluation

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience preferred
• Active Illinois RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire

• Provide patient-centered nursing care during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
