Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Gastro services. This role is 20 hours per week across two 10-hour shifts, with some travel to other locations and flexible hours to meet operations.
The RN will perform phone triage, patient education, CGM placement and related testing, handle insurance pre-authorizations and referrals, and maintain exam rooms. Illinois RN licensure and AHA CPR are required.
