Loss Prevention Agent

As a Loss Prevention Agent, your primary focus is undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters. This role requires no risk‑management, safety, door‑greeting, alarm, audit, or inventory duties. You will walk the sales floor discreetly, coordinating with store management and law‑enforcement to deter shoplifting.

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one year of undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking

• One‑week paid vacation after only 6 months and two weeks after 1 year
