Express Retail Sales Associate – Yorktown

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Deliver a great customer experience and process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Resolve customer service‑related issues and communicate with store management as needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by the supervisor.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  0–2 years of relevant retail experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficiency:
  Comfortable using technology such as iPad and register systems.
• Availability:
  Meets defined schedule, including nights, weekends, and non‑business hours.
• Physical:
  Meets physical requirements for the role.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, leaders, and associates.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working within a team.
