Sales Associate (Part‑Time Hourly Position)

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for welcoming customers, providing product recommendations, managing inventory, fulfilling online orders, maintaining visual merchandising, and performing cleaning duties. You represent the GNC brand and promote the "Live Well" message throughout the store.

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
• Drive results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning feature, advantage and benefit characteristics and staying up to date on nutritional, wellness and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing and operating the store, including cash handling, inventory counting, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequent use of repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reaching with hands and arms.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50‑85°F, especially in the stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

• Work nights or mornings to open or close the store.
• Be able to work key peak business hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Work all major U.S. holidays the store is open.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
