A Day in the Life:

Our sales and store support teams, also known as clerks in the grocery world, play an important part in ensuring our stores are clean, organized, and shoppable so that our customers can find exactly what they need. In this role, you will be the face of the company, replenishing shelves, arranging flowers, preparing produce, receiving freight, and interacting with customers.

• Replenish shelves and keep merchandise orderly.
• Arrange flowers and produce to create an appealing display.
• Receive and inspect freight.
• Assist customers with product location and questions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and collective bargaining agreements. Compensation above this range may be considered for unique qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
