• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, encouraging selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset.
• Ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs, such as loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as external governing guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1‑3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
