Overview
Now Hiring:
Shift Leader/Key Holder – Ice Cream Dream Team. We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You’ll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.
You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support our scoop squad
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Weekend/evening availability
- Hourly rates from $16-$19/hour
- Fun, supportive team culture

- A workplace that smells like waffle cones all day
- Carry up to 50lbs
- Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day
- Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
- Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at
-10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
