Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, is looking for entry‑level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Centers. As an Apprentice, you will gain a comprehensive training program that develops your skills from apprentice to Bench Jeweler while working with a team dedicated to delivering a customer‑first experience.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including customer service, interacting with stores and customers, and photographing jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Assist with basic jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control.
• Participate in a structured training journey to become a Bench Jeweler.
• Support a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, or design is preferred but not required.
• Customer‑service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.

• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.
• Varied hours, including some nights and weekends.

• Base pay $15.00 – $16.00, final rate based on experience and qualifications.
