The Primary role of the Multi-Family Service Representative is to work with and develop leads, relationships, and long-term customer service partnerships with Multi‑Family Boards, Property Management Companies, and owners or representatives of Multi‑Family/Commercial properties. The Service Rep will have to be responsible for building a book of business and continuing to develop on those relationships after they have been established.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through sales/marketing activities and inspections in your market (B2B D2D, multi‑media connections, word of mouth, etc).
  • Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication and updates to all clients.
  • Attend all appointments, meetings (adjuster meetings, board meetings, presentations, inspections, etc).
  • Communicate with other support teams to provide the best service to our customers.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Your own reliable vehicle.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
  • B2B Full Lifecycle Sales.
  • Commercial/Multi Family Roofing Experience.
  • Large Scale Flat Roof Experience.
  • Drone license or willingness to obtain drone license.

$80,000 - $300,000 a year

$80,000 draw with uncapped commissions

Avg. Yearly Earnings if quota met: $225,000 +
