TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding across the Chicagoland market.
We are looking for a High-Ticket In-Home Sales Representative to run pre-qualified appointments, design solutions, and close deals in the home.

The OpportunityYou will be provided with qualified appointments and expected to convert at a high level.
Your focus:
- Build rapport
- Educate the homeowner
- Present the solution
- Close the deal
This is not door knocking. This is running appointments and performing.
Key Responsibilities- Run 2–4 in-home appointments per day
- Conduct professional consultations and assess customer needs
- Present tailored solutions and pricing options
- Close deals in-home with a strong, consultative approach
- Utilize digital tools for presentations and contracts
- Maintain strong follow-up on open opportunities
Hit KPIs including close rate, revenue, and average ticket - Represent TORQ with professionalism and energy
- Work evenings and some Saturdays based on appointment flow
- 2–5 years in in-home sales, home improvement, or high-ticket sales
- Proven ability to close deals in a one-call close environment
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confident presenting and overcoming objections
- Comfortable with technology, presentations, and contracts
- Self-motivated and driven by performance
- Ability to manage schedule and territory efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 — $200,000
