TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding across the Chicagoland market.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and set high-quality appointments for our sales team.
This role is all about speed, consistency, and conversion.

The OpportunityYou’ll be working directly with our Inside Sales Manager and Sales Team to ensure every lead is contacted, nurtured, and moved through the pipeline.
Your job is simple:
No missed opportunities. No dead leads.
- Handle inbound leads with speed-to-lead urgency
- Make outbound calls to follow up with new and existing prospects
- Set and confirm appointments for outside sales team
- Rehash unsold estimates and re-engage past opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up through calls, texts, and emails
- Track and update all activity in CRM
- Hit KPIs including contact rate, set rate, and show rate
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
- Deliver a strong, professional customer experience on every call
- 1–3 years in inside sales, call center, or customer-facing role
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Persistent with follow-up and not afraid of rejection
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity
- Competitive, coachable, and driven by performance
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000 — $75,000
- Base salary performance-based bonuses tied to appointments set and sales performance
