TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding across the Chicagoland market.
We are looking for a Rehash Sales Specialist to work directly with our sales team to re‑engage unsold opportunities and turn them into revenue.
This role is critical to maximizing performance and ensuring no deal is left behind.
If you’re great on the phone, persistent, and know how to close — this is a strong opportunity.
The OpportunityYou will work closely with the sales team and inside sales team to follow up on:
- Unsold estimates
- Missed opportunities
- Old leads and dormant pipeline
Your focus is simple:
Turn “not now” into “yes.”
- Re‑engage unsold estimates and past opportunities
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects
- Work closely with sales reps to understand each opportunity
- Overcome objections and reposition value
- Close deals directly or reset appointments when needed
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
- Maintain consistent follow‑up across all opportunities
- Support overall sales performance and revenue growth
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve close rates
- 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or call center environment
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Persistent with follow‑up and confident handling objections
- Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
- Organized and able to manage a large pipeline
Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity - Competitive, driven, and results‑focused
- Team player who works well with sales reps
- Competitive base salary
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 — $90,000
