Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Talento Search Group is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative for our client in the St. Charles, Illinois area. This will be a direct hire, hybrid position with a salary based upon experience.

• Pay: $60, / annually depending upon experience
• Shift: Monday
  - Friday
  - Day Shift
• Benefits: Full Medical Package

• Address customer inquiries for quotes, orders, product information, complaints, returns, documentation and similar
• Support of Regional Sales Manager on projects, pricing and other necessities
• Interdepartmental relations for support, costing and product commitment
• Use of CRM systems for communication and all updates

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  - Degree on Sales, Marketing or similar preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience with technical support preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Great attention to detail, communications, intuitive and customer driven
