TORQ Coatings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our sales in the Chicagoland area. You will meet homeowners at pre-qualified appointments, assess project needs, provide recommendations, prepare estimates, and close sales with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
No cold calling or door knocking. You will participate in ongoing sales coaching, ride-alongs, and product knowledge training while earning base salary plus weekly commissions and the potential for $80k–$120k+ OTE.
