No previous sales experience? No problem. We believe attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter more than a resume.
What You'll Do- Run 3–5 pre-qualified appointments each day
- Meet with homeowners who are expecting your visit
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Measure project areas and prepare quotes
- Present pricing and close sales
- Manage follow-up through our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Most appointments last 45–60 minutes and are scheduled throughout the Chicagoland area.

- Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+
