Inside Sales Representative

TORQ Coatings is growing, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, loves technology, and wants to be part of building something special.

This isn't your typical call center job. You'll be the first impression of our company, helping homeowners take the next step by setting appointments, following up on leads, and creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first conversation.

• Setting appointments for our outside sales team
• Following up with homeowners through phone, text, email, and social media
• Managing and organizing leads inside our CRM
• Becoming an expert with our technology and sales tools
• Making approximately 250 outbound touchpoints each day
• Helping drive growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Organized, competitive, and self-motivated
• Confident making outbound calls every day
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities
