TORQ Coatings is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to help connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our outside sales team.

• Make outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in our services
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Design Consultants
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
• Utilize our CRM to manage customer communication and stay organized
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
• Organized, coachable, and driven to succeed
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required
• $20-$23 per hour starting pay based on experience
• Performance-based bonus structure
• On-target earnings (OTE): $28-$33 per hour
