Are you passionate about the beauty industry, love connecting with people, and thrive in a sales-driven environment? European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
- Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
- Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
- Strong sales and guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
