Insurance experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and eager to learn. Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused experience is a plus.

• Assist customers with their insurance questions and day-to-day needs.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Help identify customer needs and appropriate insurance solutions.
• Provide friendly, professional service by phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Support the agency with general insurance and administrative tasks.
• Learn COUNTRY Financial products, systems, and agency processes.

• Friendly and professional personality.

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
