Overview
Job Description As an Environmental Scientist, you will perform third-party EPA air emissions testing and monitoring, primarily for industrial or manufacturing sites. You will transport equipment to the site using a company vehicle, set up and break down testing equipment, record data, collect samples, and perform equipment calibrations. Your role will also involve assisting engineers in air quality testing procedures and adhering to environmental, health, and safety protocols.
Additionally, you will organize and load testing equipment into vehicles for upcoming jobs, maintain and clean testing equipment, and study for and obtain certifications for EPA Test Methods 1-5 using company resources.
