Install Coordinator

We are looking for an Install Coordinator to join our team at Crown Restoration. We are dedicated to providing top‑notch service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

• Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers
• Ensure all necessary permits, materials and equipment are available for each installation job
• Communicate with installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of installation jobs and customer interactions

• Prior experience in a coordination or scheduling role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with plumbing industry and installation processes is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
