This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Team members who are called out during their on-call shift will receive additional compensation ("spiff") for each call-out. On-call weekends rotate equally among team members to support work-life balance.

We are looking for applicants willing to upsell, and you will receive compensation for the upsells.

Every day is an opportunity to showcase your skills and earn client trust. You respond to service calls with professionalism, diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues efficiently. Expertly installing and maintaining pipes and fixtures, you assist in both residential and commercial systems, troubleshooting leaks and clogs while installing appliances like sinks and water heaters. You operate with integrity, ensuring safety and compliance with local codes, and take pride in your appearance and customer service.

Finally, you leave your work area clean and organized for the next task.

Get the consistency you need with a core schedule of Monday–Friday, day shift (9 AM – 5 PM), and still have the option to boost your income with fair rotating on-call weekends and opportunities for evening and overtime hours.

• 3 years of plumbing experience or apprenticeship training
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A basic understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• A strong desire to learn and grow under licensed plumbers
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
