Responsibilities- Complete all HVAC service system checks efficiently and accurately.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction and make customers happy.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
- EPA certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Pass drug screening.
- Pass criminal background check.
