What You'll Do- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality products
- Train and mentor installation apprentices and junior installers
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain accurate job documentation and jobsite cleanliness
- Deliver the high-quality workmanship our customers expect
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Previous lead installer experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
