Low-Voltage Installation Technician

• A trustworthy individual, hungry to learn and grow.
• Hands‑on and loves being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk.
• Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.
• A steady work history (≥ 3 years without short gaps), pleasant disposition.
• High EQ.

• In‑Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• Works in Lombard, IL.
• Projects in the surrounding area.

• 40 hours per week (4×10 hours)
• Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m.

• Bill, Field Operations Manager

• Pull/terminate/test low‑voltage cabling (category, fiber, speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the end of those wires.
• Build and lace equipment racks (TVs, speakers, WAPs, cameras).
• Troubleshoot devices.

• AV installation (residential & commercial)
• Security installation
• Low‑voltage cable pulling
• Managed services (MSP) – if you can install!
• Electrician (HV or LV)

• $30 to $35/hr
