compensation: starts hourly, depending on experience, $25-$32. Then performance-based (% of job revenue) - $50k-$85k+ annually based on skill level

experience required: 1-2+ years seamless gutter installation (gutter machine experience highly desired), soffit and fascia wrap as a plus

we are seeking a seamless gutter installer with basic experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters efficiently and accurately while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and grow within a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.

• at least some experience in seamless gutter installation.
• proficient with hand tools, power tools, ladders and working at heights/on roofs.
• knowledge of safety protocols on job sites.
• familiarity with related trades such as roofing, carpentry, siding is a plus.
• ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

• pay per production equals ~$25-$35+ per hour or equivalent.
• pto of up to 80h per year
• 50% reimbursement of health, vision and dental insurance
