Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk, reporting to the Service/Production Manager, is responsible for filling all orders, verification and receiving product from vendors, and maintaining cycle counts. They will assist walk-in customers with their pickups and occasionally pickup or deliver product to customers and vendors. This role will work with inside and outside sales teams to ensure timely shipping/receiving of all product and arranging for the transportation of products.

They will also assist in a variety of warehouse duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading all trucks.
• Inventory cycle counting.
• Picking orders.
• Scheduling freight trucks.
• Repetitive lifting and moving of heavy objects.
• Receive and verify parts against purchase order.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Skills/Experience

Required:

• Computer skills; including Microsoft Office, UPS World Ship, and Fed Ex Online
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by company insurance.

Preferred:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk most of the day.
• Ability to twist and turn at least 25% of day.
• Stoop and bend at least 25% of day.
• Ability to reach above shoulders at least 25% of day.
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements at least 50% of the day.
• Forearm rotation at least 25% of the day.
