Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with 3PL experience to oversee and execute daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, is technically proficient with RF-SMART and Net Suite WMS, and can lead a team to achieve accuracy, speed, and operational excellence. This is a floor-based leadership role, with responsibility for Pick, Pack, Ship, Inventory Control, Returns/RMAs, and Multi-Warehouse coordination.

The job centers around developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors is important. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from co-workers and subordinates. Interest and energy focuses primarily on the work at hand, with negligible inclination for small talk or social involvement.

The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct and authoritative style of communication. Decision-making, though swift, is very calculated and singular, with little reliance on consensus or collaborating opinions.

• Supervise daily Pick, Pack, and Ship operations ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment
• Oversee Inventory Management & Inventory Control, including BIN organization, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Enforce warehouse safety and security standards
• Lead and train warehouse staff on SOPs, systems, safety, and best practices
• Coordinate local delivery routing, LTL shipments, and UPS / parcel deliveries
• Support operations across multiple warehouse locations, including transfers and stock balancing
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Manage returns/RMA processing to ensure accurate documentation and restocking

• 4+ years in warehouse operations or distribution, preferably in 3PL or multi-client warehouses
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, shipping, and returns
• Familiarity with LTL, UPS, and local delivery routing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Warehouse Management System technology experience
• Net Suite and RF Scanner Receiving experience
• Inventory Management expertise

• RF-SMART — used daily to drive 80–99% reduction in picking errors and faster fulfillment
• Net Suite Warehouse Execution (Net Suite + RF-SMART integration)
• System-directed picking and packing with scan validation to prevent shipping errors
• Hands-on experience with barcode scanning integration and WMS-driven workflows

• Experience coordinating multiple warehouse locations
• Forklift certification and experience a plus
• Ability to lead from the floor and train staff effectively
