Lead Dentist Position

Position Overview

Pathway Dental Group is seeking a Lead/Anchor Doctor for our Santa Maria and Lompoc locations on California's Central Coast. This senior clinical role goes beyond an associate seat and offers a compensation package commensurate with experience and leadership responsibilities.

• Guided implant placement and advanced surgical cases
• Full-mouth restorations and complex prosthodontic cases
• Integrated sedation dentistry
• Crestal sinus lifts, molar endodontics, and surgical extractions
• Comprehensive aesthetic planning and cosmetic makeovers
• Clear aligner orthodontics
• Mentorship of associate doctors across all above disciplines

• Annual salary range $350,000-$525,000+ (no "smoke" or "massaged" numbers)
• Immediate percentage-based compensation for the right candidate
• 3½-4½ days per week, no nights or weekends (most days done by 4:00pm, 1:00pm on Fridays)
• Minimum 4 weeks vacation; patients covered by colleagues
