The City of Lompoc is looking for Recreation Leaders to supervise, plan, and conduct recreational programs for children ages 6-14 at community sites. The role involves organizing activities like games, arts, and crafts, while maintaining safety and managing equipment. Ideal candidates will possess a mix of training, education, and experience relevant to working with youth, with Spanish speaking skills considered a plus.

A Class C California Driver's License is required, and First Aid certification is desirable.
