As a Maintenance Technician III
, you'll play a leadership role in maintaining the community by performing advanced repairs, responding to service requests, supporting apartment turnovers, and helping ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional looking to further develop their skills and grow within a respected property management company.

• Pay:  per hour (based on experience), plus benefits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market‑ready and meet company quality standards.
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management.
• Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed
• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal

• Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
  .
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues independently.
• Experience completing work orders, unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web‑based applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.
