Role Summary
Associate in semiconductor production focused on infrared materials for Raytheon Vision Systems. Duties include executing production in a clean‑room environment with a safety‑first routine and collaborating with process engineering to resolve issues.
Responsibilities- Execute production in a semiconductor laboratory/cleanroom environment.
- Apply technical knowledge of assigned process and work with engineering to resolve production issues.
- Use a computer to access work instructions, perform technical calculations, timekeeping, data entry, and complete online training.
- Maintain a safety‑first routine, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Participate in production meetings, schedule discussions, and workflow optimization.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with manual and semi‑automated processing equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of wafer semiconductor fabrication experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- More than 2 years in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing.
- Experience in DBH bonding, thin film deposition, photolithography, wet etch, or sensor chip assembly.
- Safe handling of process chemicals such as acids and solvents, including use of PPE.
- Experience with metrology equipment, measurement systems, and visual inspections.
- Familiarity with statistical process control.
