Location: US-CA-LOMPOC-L01 ~ 425 Commerce Ct ~ BLDG L01
Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00pm-8:00pm) – Onsite Position in Lompoc, CA.
What You Will Do- Active participation in a Safety-First work environment.
- Work in a class 100 cleanroom, wearing a full bunny suit under yellow lights.
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills with peers, leads, support teams and management.
- Handle fragile hardware and manually manipulate small and large parts during processing.
- Follow written procedures and work instructions rigorously.
- Document data on travelers and in the electronic database.
- Apply advanced skills in processing 200mm wafers (DBH Bonding, Wet Etch, Photomask, Fixturing, Metal Deposition, Surface Treatment, inspection, etc.) to build hardware.
- Execute challenging technical assignments in your work cell.
- Multitask within your assigned work cell.
- Cross‑train as necessary to improve area efficiency.
- Handle chemicals with proper safety precautions.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program information.
- More than 6 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience in DBH Bonding, thin‑film deposition, photolithography, wet etch, or other cleanroom sensor chip assembly fabrication work cells with multitasking ability.
- Extensive knowledge or certifications for multiple work cells in the FPO area and significant experience with a WIP tracking database.
- Flexibility to work occasional, voluntary overtime on weekends to meet factory needs.
The hourly range for this role is $37.00 to $41.00.
