Compensation

• Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour (equal to or exceeding the minimum wage).
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. Ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
