• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

• Sales Agent Trainees start at an hourly rate of $28.85
• After training, full‑time sales agents earn on average between $99,600 and $121,700 annually
• Commission opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals
