Cleared Security Manager
Aleut is seeking a qualified and experienced Collateral Security Manager to support the 55th Training Squadron (55 TRS). In this role, the Collateral Security Manager supports 55 TRS security operations and assists the SCIF Security Manager in administering collateral security requirements. This position is responsible for managing visit authorizations, clearance validations, security documentation, training compliance, and daily facility security checks in accordance with Air Force Instructions (AFIs), local SOPs, and DoD security requirements.
The Collateral Security Manager works closely with the COR, Government Security POCs, and host unit security offices to ensure full compliance with information, personnel, and physical security policies.
Specific duties include processing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests (VARs), validating security clearances and access eligibility using the Defense Information Security System (DISS), maintaining DISS access and managing Physical Access Control Accounts, maintaining records of VARs in accordance with AFI 36-1401 and local physical security/resource protection SOPs, preparing and processing outgoing VARs for Government, civilian, and contractor personnel, coordinating incoming visits with DEL 11 Government security POCs and issuing appropriate visitor badges based on clearance level, reviewing documents for proper classification markings and providing guidance on classification requirements, reviewing and assisting with updates to 55 TRS security and building SOPs, assisting the SCIF Security Manager as required, ensuring End-of-Day security checks are completed for Bldg.
7000 (55 TRS areas) and Bldg. 7403A, conducting daily Protected Distribution System (PDS) checks, ensuring incoming personnel receive required training on escort procedures, information security, derivative classification, and local security procedures, ensuring annual refresher training is conducted during Commander's Calls, processing AF IMT 2586 forms for AFECC badge issuance, managing DISS clearances and VARs for all collateral-level security requirements, and processing DD Forms 2583 and 2586 as required.
Required skills include minimum five (5) years of experience reviewing and communicating security responsibilities prior to granting system access, five (5) years of experience with DISS, EPSQ/e-QIP, VAR submissions, five (5) years of experience processing DD Form 2583 and 2586, and five (5) years of experience managing SCIF operations. Active or current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility are required.
Desired skills/experience include strong knowledge of Air Force security policies and AFIs, experience supporting classified environments and secure facilities, excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively with Government leadership and security offices.
Education and required experience include a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, 6 years' work may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Salary Range: $95K-$135K Depending on Qualifications
